I've never heard of this song before, and was wondering if Jarvis was involved in it or if he's just being name-checked. Given the song was written in the early 90s, during the halcyon days of Riott Grrl, it seems unlikely (or at least peculiar) that they would mention Mr. Jarvis just for the sake of being hip. There is definitely a male vocal on the 10 second snippet I can hear on Itunes, which could be Jarvis, but it's too hard to tell.
